A typical APPS UK LTD system uses one or more Rotary Atomisers designed to produce a droplet size of 40-70 micron. They are Fan Assisted in operation so that a constant Air Flow is maintained across the Misting Head and around the operating area. The surfactant solution flow is regulated, to maintain the required flow rate or misting concentration, specific to the area being treated. This is switched ON/OFF electronically to ensure that the Rotary Head does not drip or leak during operation or when idle.

• Potable water supply (mains water) to the fluid power control panel.
• Positive water pressure of up to 10 Bar (145 psi) or power supply for a water pump*.
• 230VAC 13A** electrical supply for the electrical control panel/s.
• 230VAC 13A** electrical supply for the rotary unit
• Suitable data cable** to supply control signal from the electrical control panel to the rotary unit

A basic rotary atomiser requires water and electricity to operate, however the rotary system can be configured to operate using several different control methods such as:
